Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in social work, social services, human services or a related field.
- Two years of full-time, paid, professional experience providing case management to children and families in an urban environment.
- All work experience related to the position must be included on the resume.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Demonstrated knowledge of:
- the principles, practices and techniques of case management.
- the practices and techniques of providing students and families with optimal customer service.

Ability to:
- promote and identify resources available for the students and families.
- participate as an active member of STEP.
