Salary Range: The starting salary is $69,628
Work Arrangement: Hybrid after 30 days

Job Summary
For the Inspector General specialty, conducts in-depth research and analysis on a variety of topics, including but not limited to fraud, mismanagement, conflicts of interest, and waste. The Program Manager must have strong analytical and research skills, and the ability to work independently. Think critically and solves complex problems.
Essential Functions
Conducts in-depth analysis of data to support investigations of potential fraud, waste, and abuse.
Resolves complex problems using analytical and critical thinking skills.
Utilizes a variety of data sources and software programs to perform analysis.
Prepares memos documenting findings and recommendations.
Presents findings to investigators, and senior management.
Assists with the development and implementation of new processes and procedures.
Trains new employees on how to use the Case Management System.
Reviews investigative reports and oversees issuance of those reports.
Participates in special projects as needed.
Adheres to all confidentiality and security protocols.
Maintains records, databases, and other needed documentation related to investigative matters.
Coordinates training for staff members in the office.
Manages cases and prepare a variety of reports using the Case Management System.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Four years of full-time, paid, professional experience in program management and implementation, and data collection and research.
Current possession or immediate attainment (within 1 year of hire) of Adobe Premiere Certification
OR
Any equivalent combination of training and experience determined to be acceptable by the Office of Talent.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Demonstrated knowledge of:
o principles and current practices involving Inspector General, or similar offices. o hallmarks of confidentiality and independence involving the function.
○ understanding of the organization within District of governance and management.
○ district databases which are accessed for investigations and audits. ○ external websites and data collection for investigations and audits.
Demonstrated ability to:
○ prioritize and manage competing tasks.
○ work independently
○ assess effectiveness of program administration and make recommendations.
○ organize and present data in an effective manner.
○ use various office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
○ use and interpret a wide range of data from District systems.
