Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree program at an accredited college or university.

Seven years of full-time, paid, professional administrative or technical experience which has included reviewing and analyzing operations, budget activities and staffing needs; and participating in program planning.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Demonstrated knowledge of:
-
the principles and practices of office management. o the principles, practices, methods and techniques of administration including such areas as budgeting, organization, coordination and staffing. o the principles, practices and techniques of personnel management. o research methods and techniques.

critically analyze problems and to make cogent decisions or recommendations in their rectification.

Demonstrated ability to: o to carry out assignments requiring fact gathering, organization of material, evaluation of data and recommendations for action. o serve effectively in a coordinative and liaison capacity as a representative of a superior in meetings and conferences.

prepare and present comprehensive written and oral reports.
