Minimum Requirements

·   Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

·   Two years of full-time, paid, professional experience in human resources, recruitment, and/or admissions/selection.

        

                                                                             OR

 

·   Any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training determined to be acceptable by the Office of Talent.

 

NOTE: An applicant who does not meet the minimum education or work experience requirements listed above may be considered if, at the sole discretion of the Talent Office, they have a unique combination of education and work experiences that indicates potential for success in this role.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

·  Demonstrated knowledge of:

o   human resources policies and procedures.

o   the current methods, processes and techniques used to onboard large groups of employees.

 

·  Demonstrated skill in:

o   superior organizational & project management skills with exceptional attention to detail, particularly with data entry. 

·   Demonstrated ability to:

o   exhibit high level of integrity and personal responsibility for ensuring that problems are solved and hiring needs are met at any given point in time.

o   exhibit purposeful urgency when faced with pressing human resources needs.

o   anticipate and proactively respond to challenges.

o   effectively manage & prioritize a high volume of work, from a multitude of work streams, in a fast-paced environment.

o   illustrate exceptional strategic & problem-solving skills and judgment.

o   possess an unwavering commitment to equity.

o   manage systems, processes, and databases to ensure efficient operations.

o   use and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

o   communicate efficiently and effectively, both orally and in writing.

o   establish and maintain effective and productive working relationships.
