Minimum Requirements:

•    High school diploma or equivalent. 
•    Three years of clerical accounting experience which has involved responsibility for maintaining financial records or ledgers at least one year of which has involved the use if a personal computer and financial spreadsheet applications.

Certificates/Licenses:

•    Possession of a proper class license valid to operate a motor vehicle in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania prior to and during tenure of appointment. 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Demonstrated knowledge of:

o standard clerical policies, procedures, and activities.
o bookkeeping procedures.
o business arithmetic and statistics. 

Demonstrated ability to:

o    interpret and explain policies and regulations to school personnel. 
o    operate computer terminals, personal computer terminals, personal computers and financial spreadsheet software.
o    establish and maintain effective working relationship. 
o    Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
