Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree in a related field including an MPA, MPP, M.Ed., MBA, or JD from an accredited college or university
- Five years of full-time, paid, professional experience in school district leadership or other relevant experience.
- All work experience related to the position must be included on the resume.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Demonstrated knowledge of:
- the principles and practices of strategic planning and the implementation of systemic change within an organization.
- the procedures and methods used to implement strategic initiatives in a timely, accurate and cost-effective manner.
- Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Suite.
- supervisory methods and techniques.
Demonstrated ability to:
- obtain factual data, evaluate data and prepare cogent recommendations.
- handle and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- analyze and resolve complex problems.
- identify and deal with sensitive and/or controversial issues.
- collaborate and work cross-functionally.
- establish program goals and objectives which support the strategic plan.
- review and analyze programs and develop policies and procedures.
- use a personal computer.
- effectively communicate, both orally and in writing.
- establish and maintain effective working relationships.
