Program Coordinator (Office of Prevention & Intervention)
Minimum Requirements
● Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in social services or mental health/behavioral health field.
● Two years of full-time, paid, professional experience in social services or mental health/behavioral health field and has involved managing programs.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Demonstrated knowledge of:
o administrative and budgetary practices and procedures.
o the current methods, processes and techniques utilized in the implementation of program initiatives.
o the methods used to develop contracts and manage external resources
Ability to:
- assess the effectiveness of programmatic activities and to make recommendations for modifications as needed.
- conduct research and analyze data.
- maintain records and prepare reports.
- develop and facilitate presentations.
- use a personal computer.
- communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- establish and maintain effective working relationships.
