Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• All work experience related to the position must be included on the resume.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Demonstrated knowledge of:
  • the modern methods, principles and practices of elementary, middle, and secondary education.
  • the modern methods, principles and practices of English Language Arts and ESL
  • the theory and principles of second language acquisition, child growth and development.

• Demonstrated ability to:

• constantly evaluate and update educational materials to meet the ever-changing needs of students.
• create a learning environment conducive to self-directed and cooperative learning.
• deliver and accurately score WIDA screener assessments (paper-pencil and online versions)
