Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Architecture, Landscape
Architecture, Interior Design, or Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Structural Engineering - One year of full-time, paid administrative or administrative support work which has
included conducting research, analyzing and collecting data, preparing reports, and
extensive use of Excel as well as using fiscal and business best practices related to
project management and has involved interfacing with multiple departments and agencies.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Demonstrated knowledge of:
o office principles, practices and procedures.
o standard research methods and techniques.
o report writing.
o business English, including spelling, punctuation and grammar.
o personal computer software applications that are used to create reports and documents and to design spreadsheets.
• Ability to:
o analyze data and to make recommendations based on findings.
o handle multiple projects through to completion.
o use and operate a personal computer.
o use word-processing and spreadsheet software applications.
o communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
o establish and maintain effective working relationships.
