Project Assistant, Athletics

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• One year of full-time, paid work experience which has involved working with parents, schools, school programs or providing departmental support meeting project goals.

• All work experience related to the position must be included on the resume.

Preferred Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Athletic Training, Sports Management, Athletic Administration or a related field. 
• Experience in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Athletic Training, Sports Management, Athletic Administration or a related field.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Demonstrated knowledge of:

• office practices and procedures.

• Demonstrated skill in:

• using personal computer applications.

• Demonstrated ability to:

○ plan, organize and direct project activities.

○ exercise discretion and tact in handling sensitive and/or confidential information.

○ work quickly and effectively under time limitations.

○ communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

○ establish and maintain effective working relationships.
