Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Three years of full-time, paid, experience as a permanently appointed School Safety Officer or School Security Officer within the School District of Philadelphia.
OR
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Any equivalent combination of training and experience determined to be acceptable by the Office of Talent.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Demonstrated knowledge of:
- School District of Philadelphia regulations, policies, procedures and objectives.
- principles of criminal investigative techniques used in the School District of Philadelphia.
- the identification and preservation of physical evidence used by the School District of Philadelphia.
