Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Three years of full-time, paid, professional experience which has included involvement with Title I, grants and/or knowledge of educational programs as it pertains to the grants.
OR
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- One year of full-time, paid, professional experience which has included involvement with Title I, grants and/or knowledge of educational programs as it pertains to the grants.
OR
- Any equivalent combination of training and experience determined to be acceptable by the Office of Talent.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Demonstrated knowledge of:
○ relevant local, state and federal laws concerning Title I funded programs.
○ legislation which pertains to funding procedures.

- the methods and techniques used to monitor programmatic activities.
- necessary facets of a grant accountability system and underlying federal and state laws and rules.
○ PDE Waiver - Elementary & Secondary Education Act.
- Demonstrated ability to:
○ exercise judgment and discretion in interpreting and implementing program goals and objectives.
○ prepare reports with practical recommendations and meet office deadlines.
○ design and coordinate training activities.
○ prepare reports with practical recommendations.
○ use a personal computer.
○ communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
○ establish and maintain effective working relationships.
