Minimum Requirements 

  • Master’s degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Three years of full-time, paid, professional experience in a school/educational agency which have involved working with historically underserved children and their families.
  • Three years supervisory experience, specifically including facilitating professional development 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities 

Demonstrated knowledge of: 

  • Principles, practices and theories of child development, trauma-informed practices and restorative justice. '
  • Laws and mandates which govern student discipline and school safety. 
  • Supervisory methods and techniques.
  • Data collection procedures. 

Demonstrated ability to: 

  • Organize and facilitate professional development.
  • Develop solutions to complex problems.
  • Plan, coordinate and implement policies as it is outlined in the Student Code of Conduct. ● Oversee the collection of statistical data.
  • Plan and direct the activities of staff.
  • Utilize Microsoft office, specifically word, excel and power-point.
  • Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and school partners
