Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Three years of full-time, paid, professional experience in a school/educational agency which have involved working with historically underserved children and their families.
- Three years supervisory experience, specifically including facilitating professional development
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Demonstrated knowledge of:
- Principles, practices and theories of child development, trauma-informed practices and restorative justice. '
- Laws and mandates which govern student discipline and school safety.
- Supervisory methods and techniques.
- Data collection procedures.
Demonstrated ability to:
- Organize and facilitate professional development.
- Develop solutions to complex problems.
- Plan, coordinate and implement policies as it is outlined in the Student Code of Conduct. ● Oversee the collection of statistical data.
- Plan and direct the activities of staff.
- Utilize Microsoft office, specifically word, excel and power-point.
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and school partners
