Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of full-time, paid, accounts payable experience in an automated environment, one of which has involved the use of a personal computer and financial spreadsheet applications
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Demonstrated knowledge of:
o basic accounts payable practices and procedures as they pertain to an automated accounting environment.
o terminology applicable to the accounts payable industry.
o basic accounting and bookkeeping principles and practices.
Demonstrated ability to:
o make accurate mathematical computations.
o operate a personal computer.
o utilize financial spreadsheet software.
o follow oral and written instructions accurately.
o maintain records of work performed.
o establish and maintain effective working relationships.
