Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Two years of full-time, paid administrative or administrative support work which has included conducting research, analyzing data and preparing reports, and using a personal computer and software applications.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Demonstrated knowledge of:
- office principles, practices and procedures.
- standard research methods and techniques.
- report writing.
- business English, including spelling, punctuation and grammar.
- personal computer software applications that are used to create reports and documents and to design spreadsheets.
Ability to:
- analyze data and to make recommendations based on findings.
- handle multiple projects through to completion.
- use and operate a personal computer.
- use word-processing and spreadsheet software applications.
- communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- establish and maintain effective working relationships.
