Minimum Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. 
  • Two years of full-time, paid administrative or administrative support work which has included conducting research, analyzing data and preparing reports, and using a personal  computer and software applications.  

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities  

Demonstrated knowledge of: 

  • office principles, practices and procedures. 
  • standard research methods and techniques. 
  • report writing. 
  • business English, including spelling, punctuation and grammar. 
  • personal computer software applications that are used to create reports and documents and to design spreadsheets. 

Ability to: 

  • analyze data and to make recommendations based on findings. 
  • handle multiple projects through to completion. 
  • use and operate a personal computer.  
  • use word-processing and spreadsheet software applications. 
  • communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.  
  • establish and maintain effective working relationships.
