Minimum Requirements:

• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Three years of full-time, paid, professional experience in project management, consulting, policy, operations, or research, which has included working in education or a related field

OR

• Any equivalent combination of training and experience determined to be acceptable by the
Office of Talent. 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Demonstrated knowledge of:
o The program implementation process, including the methods and techniques used in
effective program planning, design, and administration.
o Data management and statistical programs.
o Project management principles and practices.
o The principals, practices, and procedures underlying coordination of large-scale projects
and initiatives.
o Lead and implement policy with key criminal justice partners.
o Training development and implementation.
o Writing technical/analytical documents.

Demonstrated ability to:
o Effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
o Provide technical support to administrative and school staff.
o Use various office tools such as Microsoft Excel and Word.
o Navigate statistical software, including SPSS and ArcGIS.
o Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
o Establish and maintain effective working relationships.
