Please submit your resume and essay responses in a single document to this google form. You MUST submit your application via Taleo AND your essays via the Google form in order for your application to be consider. Please submit BOTH the Application and essays at the same time. Please include your Last Name and First Name at the top of each sheet. Please ensure the pages are numbered and ensure you indicate, which essay is first and which essay is second, by denoting them, Essay I and Essay II. The DEADLINE is OCTOBER 15th 11:59 PM.

Essay Question I

Provide an example of your specific impact on students in your current position or a recent role.  In your response, please refer to specific data points that demonstrate the impact on student outcomes.  Ideally, the data is focused on one (or more) of the following:  ELA achievement and/or growth;

• Math achievement and/or growth;
• Climate/Culture data regarding suspensions, attendance, and/ or dropout rates;
• College and Career Readiness data including graduation data; and/or
• Other relevant data specifically related to student outcomes impacted by your work.

Please provide a synthesis of the data outcomes, a brief summary of what strategies led to these improvements, and what you learned from this work. [500 word count maximum]
