**Application Instructions**
Please submit your resume and essay responses in a single document to this google form. You MUST submit your application via Taleo AND your essays via the Google form in order for your application to be consider. Please submit BOTH the Application and essays at the same time. Please include your Last Name and First Name at the top of each sheet. Please ensure the pages are numbered and ensure you indicate, which essay is first and which essay is second, by denoting them, Essay I and Essay II. The DEADLINE is OCTOBER 15th 11:59 PM.

- Climate/Culture data regarding suspensions, attendance, and/ or dropout rates;
- College and Career Readiness data including graduation data; and/or
- Other relevant data specifically related to student outcomes impacted by your work.
