Minimum Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent. 

• Five years of full-time, paid, clerical accounting experience in an automated  environment of which have involved reviewing the accuracy and propriety of fiscal  documentation including reviewing and/or processing payment-related documents

• Experience with use of a personal computer 

• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP system preferred.  

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities  

Demonstrated knowledge of:

o standard office/ clerical principles/ policies, procedures and activities

o modern business arithmetic and statistics. 

o methods and techniques employed in the review and processing of a variety of fiscal documents. 

o financial record keeping. 

Demonstrated ability to:

o perform standard mathematical calculations with speed and accuracy.

o operate a personal computer. 

o Learn, interpret and apply School District policies and procedures related to  the work assignment. 

o understand and follow written and oral instructions. 

o train and provide orientation to new employees. 

o communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. 

o establish and maintain effective working relationships.
