Talent Partner
Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Five years of full-time, paid, professional experience in human resources which has included serving as a resource to administrators and providing guidance and support to effectively solve problems and support leaders by utilizing human resources practices effectively in such areas as staffing, recruitment and employee relations.
OR
• Any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training determined to be acceptable by the Office of Talent.
School-Based Resource Support Specialty
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Five years of full-time, paid, professional experience in human resources or finance which has included serving as a resource to administrators and providing guidance and support to effectively solve problems and support leaders by utilizing human resources or financial practices to manage the budget and personnel allocations.
OR
• Any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training determined to be acceptable by the Office of Talent.

Demonstrated knowledge of:
o human resources practices, policies and procedures used in a large organization to recruit, develop and retain a diversified workforce.
Demonstrated skill in:
o exceptional customer service orientation
o strong results-orientation.
Demonstrated ability to:
o develop and maintain positive and productive relationships with functional, academic and administrative leaders.
o exhibit purposeful urgency when faced with pressing human resources needs.
o develop appropriate solutions to resolve urgent human resources needs.
o exhibit high level of integrity and personal responsibility for ensuring that problems are solved and hiring needs are met at any given point in time.
o effectively manage & prioritize a high volume of work, from a multitude of work streams, in a fast-paced environment.
School-Based Resource Support Specialty
Demonstrated knowledge of:
o the principles, practices and procedures to facilitate budget and personnel changes.
Demonstrated ability to:
o plan, organize and conduct training for principals on the alignment of budgets and personnel with school plans and the creative and prudent use of budgeted dollars.
o gather and analyze information.
o identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
o exercise sound judgment in the delivery of service and support to organizational leaders.
o track and monitor information and link data sets across multiple sources.
o use and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
