Minimum Requirements

Master’s degree in a related field including an MPA, MPP, M.Ed., MBA, or JD from an accredited college or university

Five years of full-time, paid, professional experience in school district leadership or other relevant experience.

All work experience related to the position must be included on the resume.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Demonstrated knowledge of:

the principles and practices of strategic planning and the implementation of systemic change within an organization.

○ the procedures and methods used to implement strategic plans in a timely, accurate and cost effective manner.

the procedures and methods used for strong organizational and project management.

                    Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Suite.

          supervisory methods and techniques. Demonstrated ability to:

obtain factual data, evaluate data and prepare cogent recommendations.

                          analyze and resolve complex problems.

                    collaborate and work cross-functionally.

    handle and prioritize multiple projects at a time.

                    use keen judgement.

                    identify and deal with sensitive and/or controversial issues.

                    effectively communicate, both orally and in writing.

                    establish and maintain effective working relationships.
