Director, Culture and Engagement
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Four years of full-time, paid, professional experience in large organization such as a school district, governmental entity, a university or other education related setting, at least two of which have been in the supervisory or administrative capacity and has involved working on cultural change initiatives to build diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- All work experience related to the position must be included on the resume.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Demonstrated knowledge of:
- the current practices, methods, and techniques utilized in the implementation of culture and engagement initiatives.
- research-based best practices to promote culture ad engagement within the organization.
- management and teamwork principles to support and advance organizational objectives.
- functioning as a primary liaison to internal committees and working groups.
- building trusted relationships with energy and enthusiasm.

- Demonstrated ability to:
- pay attention to detail and to proactively identify key issues and risks.
- structure, implement and manage complex projects to successful completion.
- problem solve with others.
- use a personal computer.
- effectively communicate, both orally and in writing.
- establish and maintain effective working relationships.
